TaxiMax Outsource provides comprehensive outsourcing solutions for taxi operators, including but not limited to:

  • 24/7 Inbound Contact Centre Services
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
  • Website Development and Maintenance
  • Email and Chat Support Services
  • Professional Ticket Booking Services
  • Fast Food Order Management
  • Custom Business Process Outsourcing

Service specifications, pricing, and scope will be detailed in individual service agreements between TaxiMax Outsource and clients.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or represent a business entity
  • Have the legal authority to enter into agreements
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Service Level Agreements

Performance Standards

We commit to maintaining high service standards:

  • Availability: 99.5% uptime for contact centre services
  • Response Time: Average response within 30 seconds for calls
  • Quality: 98% customer satisfaction rating
  • Accuracy: 99.5% order accuracy for booking services
Service Interruptions

We may temporarily suspend services for:

  • Scheduled maintenance and updates
  • Emergency repairs or security issues
  • Compliance with legal requirements
  • Force majeure events

5. Payment Terms

Pricing and Billing
  • Service fees are outlined in individual contracts
  • Payment terms are typically Net 30 days
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Setup fees may apply for certain services
Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Service failures that breach our SLA commitments
  • Unused portions of prepaid services (pro-rated)
  • Cancellations within the first 14 days (trial period)

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Client Data

We commit to:

  • Protecting all client and customer data
  • Implementing industry-standard security measures
  • Training staff on data protection protocols
  • Complying with applicable data protection laws
  • Not sharing data with unauthorized third parties
Confidentiality

All business information, processes, and data shared during our service delivery will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for service provision purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

  • TaxiMax Outsource retains ownership of our proprietary systems and processes
  • Clients retain ownership of their data and business information
  • Any custom solutions developed may be subject to separate IP agreements
  • Use of our trademarks requires written permission
  • Third-party software licenses are governed by respective terms

8. Limitation of Liability

TaxiMax Outsource's liability is limited to:

  • Direct damages only (no consequential or indirect damages)
  • Maximum liability equal to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
  • Service credits for SLA breaches as outlined in contracts

We are not liable for losses due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate information and requirements
  • Maintain necessary licenses and permits for their taxi operations
  • Ensure compliance with local taxi regulations
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals
  • Pay invoices according to agreed terms
  • Cooperate with our team for effective service delivery
  • Notify us of any changes in business requirements

10. Termination

Contract Termination

Either party may terminate services with:

  • 30 days written notice for ongoing services
  • Immediate termination for material breach
  • Immediate termination for non-payment
Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Services will cease on the effective termination date
  • Outstanding invoices become immediately due
  • Client data will be returned or securely destroyed
  • Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  • Parties should first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation
  • Mediation may be pursued before formal legal action
  • Any legal proceedings will be governed by Pakistani law
  • Jurisdiction is in Islamabad, Pakistan

12. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, or other force majeure events.

13. Amendments

These Terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to clients with reasonable notice. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
